CLIENT WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Dear Valued Client,

In this ever changing new normal in regards to travel, we at Magnolia Travel Group want to make you aware of new updates in regards to the services we provide to you and our limits of liability.

1. Magnolia Travel Group is your representative to each tour operator. At no time are we representing an ability or guarantee of refunds or tour credits. You have received a copy of your booking with your selected airline, tour operator, insurance carrier or excursion operator. It is your responsibility to read and understand what you are agreeing to, depositing and purchasing.

2. Under all circumstances and until further notice, we are highly suggesting you purchase Cancel For Any Reason Insurance. This must be purchased at the time of deposit and is non-refundable.

3. It is your personal responsibility to look at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html before your travel and follow the recommended guidelines by our federal government. Please understand that foreign countries, their hotel properties, airlines, tour operators and our government do not necessarily have the same recommendations. Therefore, it is highly suggested you have Cancel For Any Reason Insurance. Your travel advisor is not liable for anything that might happen during your travels.

4. Until further notice and the US passport offices reopen, we cannot book an international destination for you unless you show proof of a valid passport that is valid for 6 months past the date of travel. This shall pertain to ALL passengers including minors and infants.

I agree to purchase cancel for any reason insurance and understand what it covers.I do not want travel insurance. I understand and have read my tour operators cancel policy and fees associated. I understand that I do not have medical insurance coverage in a foreign country, and that I’m also subject to my insurance out of state copay while traveling outside my state. I do not hold Magnolia Travel Group or my independent contractor liable.
