We charge a research and planning fee that covers our services before, during, and after your travels. This ensures you have all the support you need, every step of the way. -
Step THREE: Vacation Proposal
After we understand your preferences, we prepare your vacation proposal. While turnaround times may vary, we strive to deliver proposals within two business days for most destinations. Europe itineraries may take a bit longer to perfect. -
Step FOUR: Booked!
Once you approve the proposal, we handle the booking. You’ll hear from us periodically with reminders, confirmations, and personalized recommendations for tours and excursions. We’re your one point of contact for everything related to your vacation. -
Step FIVE: Your Personalized Itinerary
Before you travel, we provide your customized itinerary and a travel app (if applicable). We’ll finalize any last details, and you’ll be all set to go. Throughout your trip, we’re here for you if any issues arise.
