Jennifer Smith Wooten has always believed that travel is more than just a journey—it’s a way to create lifelong memories. A Mississippi native, she fell in love with travel at an early age, inspired by unforgettable family vacations that sparked her passion for exploring the world.

After graduating from Jackson Preparatory School, Jennifer pursued her love for communication and storytelling, earning a BA in Advertising and Communications from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Today, she calls Madison, Mississippi, home, where she lives with her husband, Patrick, their three children, two beloved dogs, and her cherished granddaughter.

With over 15 years of experience in the travel industry, Jennifer turned her passion into a career by founding Magnolia Travel Group in 2017. What started as a dream has grown into Mississippi’s largest travel agency, with a dedicated team of over 50 advisors nationwide. Under her leadership, Magnolia Travel Group has been recognized as the Best Travel Agency in 2024 and 2025, known for delivering exceptional service and expertly curated travel experiences.

Jennifer’s adventures have taken her across the globe, and while she’s always eager to explore new destinations, some of her favorites include Costa Rica, Croatia, France, Italy, Mexico, and anywhere in the Caribbean.
